About Us

Vadim Vilensky is an Exercise Physiologist who has over 35 years of experience in exercise training. Before opening his Studio in 2001 Vadim worked as a Clinical Physiologist at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, and Westchester Cardiac Rehabilitation in Scarsdale for several years.

Vadim received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University, and his Master’s degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator, and by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and also by American Cancer Society as a Cancer Exercise Specialist.

Melvin Abraham is an ACSM- certified Clinical Exercise physiologist. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in exercise science along with a minor in psychology from Lehman college. He further pursued masters in exercise science focusing on Exercise physiology and sports nutrition from Long Island University. During his undergraduate years, he was interning at St Barnabas Hospital in both Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation where he worked with cardiopulmonary, orthopedics, geriatrics, neurological and pediatric patients.

During his senior year in college he started interning for Westchester physical therapy group during the summer and later started working for the group as a physical therapy aide. Melvin worked with Sleepy hollow high school athletes to prevent injuries and to increase their cardiovascular stability for different sports. While he was doing his masters, he also worked with the NCAA Division I LIU men’s basketball team to run Vo2max tests and organize workout routines.

Conor Duffy graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Sara Santiso Liz is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a solid foundation in sports science. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science from Hofstra University, a Bachelor’s in Physical Activity and Sports Science from the University of Coruña, Spain, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Rehabilitation from Pompeu Fabra University, Spain. She is certified as a Personal Trainer by the Spanish Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness and is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Selma Vulic holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Mercy College. During her time at Mercy she was a student athlete for the women’s volleyball team. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, she worked as a physical therapy aide at a private practice in Larchmont. She is currently pursuing her USA Powerlifting coaching certification.

Jennifer Dapice is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer, and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified group fitness instructor. Jennifer is a 200-hour Yoga Works certified yoga instructor, Mad Dog certified spin teacher, licensed Zumba Fitness teacher, and aquatic-aerobics instructor. Jennifer has over ten years’ experience in the fitness industry. She recently completed a year in Lehman Biology Pre-Health program and received a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from SUNY Empire State College.

Jonathan Tejeda is a licensed massage therapist. He is a graduate of The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. Jonathan specializes in swedish, sports, deep tissue, myofascial release, 5 element shiatsu, stone massage and prenatal massage.
