Small Group Classes

Our semi-private sessions offer a fun and challenging total body workout for just $20. The small group setting ensures personal attention, correct form, and safety.

The one-hour format is perfect for beginners who need an introduction to fitness as well as advanced athletes who seek variety from their routines.

Our program, is open to both teens and adults, and is tailored to each individual's needs and abilities.

Following a dynamic warm-up, participants are introduced to two unique interval circuits, each repeated three times. The fast-paced circuits, which include 6 to 8 different exercises running for 30 to 60 seconds each, ensure concentration and variety.

Participants are advised to pace themselves and work at their own levels. The innovative exercises focus on endurance, strength, balance, agility, and coordination; and utilize several types of equipment such as stability balls, elastic bands, kettlebells, balance discs, steps, free weights, bars, and the slide board. A cool-down concludes the heart-pumping hour.

Monday: 6 PM - Sandbags and TRX

Tuesday: 4PM - Young Athletes, 6 PM - Barbells and HIIT

Wednesday: 4 PM - TRX

Thursday: 6:30 PM - Kettlebells

Saturday: 8 AM - Sandbags and TRX

Saturday: 9 AM - Kettlebells

Saturday: 4PM - Young Athletes

Sunday: 12 PM - Young Athletes (ages 12 to 17)
