Virtual Classes and Virtual Personal Training

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have begun to offer virtual classes and personal training.

We are conducting both group classes as well as individual training sessions, all virtually through video call.

Our program is open to both teens and adults, and is tailored to each individual's needs and abilities.

Class Schedule:

Monday: 6:00 PM - Bootcamp with Jen

Tuesday: 12:00 PM - Yoga with Jen

Wednesday: 1:30 PM - Bootcamp with Vadim

Thursday: 12:00 PM - Yoga with Jen

Friday: 3:00 PM - Bootcamp with Vadim

Saturday: 9 AM - Bootcamp with Jen
