Vadim Vilensky is an Exercise Physiologist who has over 15 years of experience in exercise training in the former Soviet Union and the United States. Vadim worked as a Clinical Physiologist at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, and Westchester Cardiac Rehabilitation in Scarsdale for several years. He is also a faculty member of Exercise Etc, Inc., a nationwide fitness education company.

Vadim received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Temple University, and his Master's degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist; and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Certified Exercise Specialist. Vadim is also a certified coach through the USA Weightlifting Federation.
